My name is Lital Cohen, founder of CORE by Lital Cohen. It’s nice to meet you!
For over a decade, I’ve been a professional workshop facilitator and team builder for corporate, non-profit, and educational institutions such as VMware, eBay, Stanford University and more. I hold a master's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences and received the English Public Speaking National Championship from Toastmasters, the world's largest public speaking organization.

From this experience, I have developed a number of original and super relevant services for the workplace. They include meeting facilitation, public speaking workshops, unique team-building activities, and personal and professional development seminars.
Energizing and motivating people and teams and encouraging them to express their best selves is in my DNA.

I genuinely believe-- and you have my word-- that the mental, behavioral, and emotional tools and practical strategies I provide are transformative and life changing. Each one is thoughtfully selected for its audience.
