Home canning not only preserves the flavors of your food, but the cans we create also make wonderful gifts, and put you back in touch with how people used to store and preserve foods.

I’m a 4th generation Bay Area resident with a background in culinary arts and the art of home preserving. I’ve taught nutrition/cooking classes and love all things related to homesteading. I love being from a family who knew this area as the Valley of Heart’s Delight, a time when farming and canning were vital activities for most families. I dream of one day having a bit of land to grow, harvest, and preserve my own food and hopefully being able to also use that space to show others the joy that comes from making everything from scratch.
