As a manager, you fully understand hiring and retaining good employees is very challenging. Making sure they blend in to the company culture is key to building a sustainable and productive work environment. That's why I created "Let's Dough This Together". In this workshop I offer the activity of sourdough bread making as an opportunity to offer a new way to look at team building and create something delicious in the process!

Booking policies

Cancellation policy: Flexible

> If the asker cancels more than 1 day(s) before the start of the booking, he is reimbursed 100 % of the amount paid
> If the asker cancels less than 1 day(s) before the start of the booking , he is reimbursed 50 % of the amount paid


This workshop can be provided either online or at your office location.
- If it is delivered online, I will send out specific instructions to all the participants.
- If it is provided at your office location (in person event), I will require a kitchen facility, an oven and a fridge. San Francisco Bay area locations.
Optimal number of participants is between 5 (min) and 10 people.
In this event, you will learn as a team the process of baking sourdough from A to Z.
This is a​ 2.5 hour session, including lecture, hands on practice and games, and of course, bread tasting!

I'm Pascal the Baker. I grew up in France and of course, we had a bakery on every street corner. I can still remember the smell of delicious fresh baked bread from the nearby bakery, without even seeing it. It was obvious that country bread was (and still is) a daily staple that no-one questioned.

15 years ago, I moved to California. I yearned for high-quality bread and went on a quest to find a bakery in the area. It was such a challenge that I decided instead to try baking my own artisan loaf at home. It was a game-changer for me!

Many years later, I discovered that sourdough bread brings many other health benefits beyond its delicious taste.

In this class, I'll be sharing some of the knowledge I acquired along the way.
